I think the title itself gives away what this is going to be about. I have come across this numerous times and I think it’s time that I give this a shot and see how it goes. I mean I’m not going to lose anything by trying. So I have read on multiple different occasions that writing down one good thing that happened every day will make you more aware, appreciative and grateful about your life. I also did read that it helps with depression and right now I am ready to try out anything and everything that will help me cope with my depression.
So yes, I am going to try writing one good thing every day. Though I am sure that I will be missing out certain days and what not. I’m not going to attempt writing a huge blog post about every good thing. Probably a line or two about something good that happened or something that made me smile. So yeah, that’s basically what this is going to be about.
